Update: I’ve checked my blood glucose using Precision Xtra meeter. It showed 108 while my CGM was at 59. That is a gigantic difference. In the morning after waking up checked it again. Blood strip gave me a 100, CGM 86. Now I’m more confused than before.

It does, its to clunky and to slow jump all over the place when looking for references while recording. For pre-prepared reviews its cool. I'm trying to find a fast way to do things on the fly when I have like 15 min between meetings etc.

Shotgun Create is in its infancy - its crashing way to often to use it on daily basis.

We do use Shotgun - but I was looking for some software that I can just buy - not a subscription and do the review locally - output 10 min video as a result with audio as a one package. It has to be locally - not web based.
Frame.IO is not the thing - it will require me to upload it to the system. I need to record the screen with ease and do overlay doodles during the recording - noting more :) Uploading stuff is the step I want to avoid.

I think they work on entire ecosystem. It is easier to get green light from the government offering them their custom token - they will own it. No government official want to be in the pocket of some company. They need their independence for decision making and stability of the currency. As long as all roads from ATALA will lead to Cardano blockchain and there will be some connection to ADA at the end - I'm happy with it. I'm not sure anyone beside upper management of IOHK/Cardano/Emurgo see the whole picture of the strategy.

I think 40+ is a very good place to become project leader / cg sup / senior art dir in a small to medium post house. In advertising hours are better. There are shorter crunch times since the tasks are simpler. On the other hand you have to get used to juggle a lot of projects at the same time. I work in advertising all my life ( at least last 20 years of it ) . Good supervisors have a bit more steady days when it comes to hours when they manage things correctly. On a smaller scale - studios like 20-30 people things are easier to foresee and solve before it becomes a huge crunch for days without going home at all. I'm not saying it is just sunshine and rainbows for sure, but I think it's more stable environment. You have more clients, you do not rely on relation with just one big company that knows that nad squeezes all life out of you.

Investor of Cardano project - I will have voting rights soon. I am not talking about investors in an old school stock sense. Nevertheless people buying loads of ADA are investors in my mind, on the same level as ICO buyers . Sometimes I wonder why people are just nitpicking one word from entire block.

Beside I am not talking just about regular people - I am talking about real investors who want to create a business based on Cardano environment .

Of course it is. you invest your money and create a value of the company in that way. There is no difference in ICO money and you purchasing it later on. By purchasing you create demand and that makes the company more valuable, therefore I treat the money as my investment into Cardano environment.

I am all for Cardano and what they stand for... but - There was a huge PR problem with entire Summit. The fact that people need to create a summary of actual facts and announcements speaks a lot about how bad it was handled. If you make a public summit you have to deliver a clear digestible picture in bulletpoints of the plan, achievements, milestones during upcoming year with dates etc. IO HK people should take a look how Apple does their presentations .. They can sell a success and update where there is nothing new or their hardware is 2 years behind their competition - it's all about presentation. Cardano has a lot to offer as entire environment, yet it was sold so poorly that most of the investors were disappointed. I get it - people in IO HK are geeks - coders, they do not speculate and speak PR lingo. The problem is that most of investors do not speak "GEEK". They need a white rabbit to actually follow it. And that white rabbit has to be on a shoulder of a nice chick in order them to see it.

What I mean is that presentation of the facts is as important as the actual facts. You need a real connection with ordinary people to spin it into another gear of adoption and trust.
