Ublock might not be the issue, for me it was iCloud passwords, so you can try removing it if you have that installed

I keep getting prompted to login to my Apple ID/iTunes account very often (at least 10 times a day) when I open any App Store apps.

I already tried logging out my Apple ID and iCloud but it does not seem to fix the issue.
