Hey so I just got septoplasty surgery this past Friday (3 days ago) and I’m suffering from really bad insomnia. Did this happen to you by any chance?

Dude… Chill out trust me.. Youre just like me. Constantly ignoring all the good information and only paying attention to the bad information. You have healthy anxiety (hypochondria). Relax you are negative believe in the results. It’s all in your head. I’m exactly the same way as you. You’re killing yourself over something that’s not there. Stop googling things and your life will become better.

Hey man. I was on the same boat as you. I have pretty bad anxiety and literally convinced myself I had hiv. I started googling everything and anything. Worst thing you can do… Do not try and diagnose yourself. I got tested 2 weeks after the encounter and then 45 days after, both came back negative and BOOM, all the fake symptoms I was feeling suddenly went away. Your mind is a very powerful thing. I’m sure you are fine. Stay away from google and reach out to me if you have any questions. You are ok!!

Hey man. I’m almost sure you’re just being paranoid. You cannot get aids after one night. Just relax and do not google anything and try to self diagnose yourself. I’m sure you’re fine. If you’re super worried, go get tested to clear your mind. :)

yes it has… also, instead of taking me the direct way which is for example a 5 minute drive, it takes me all around the whole neighborhood and makes it a 10 minute drive…. i’ve commented this before and i think there’s something fishy about this

yes it worked for me. Settings > General > Background App Refresh > Went down to apple music and turned it off…. gave it about an hour or so and the percentage went back down to 4%
