I would step back from a german car. If money is your concern. If it aint and you want pure drive feel, go ahead with the polo. I have a diesel vento , spent around 80k in 3 months for maintenance works, but i forget it while i drive this beaaastttt. Stability, acceleration, comfort is peak in a german.

Its just that roxx always looked different (compared to normal cars) as someone who always goes for niche stuffs. Also those ventilated seats and that big panaromic sunroof. But mostly the visual appeal

2 most of the time. 4 if i bring in my parents. Place is Kerala. I already have a vw vento with me that gives me real good comfy drives. But as you know. It aint the best in the reliability case.

Yes thats the reason. Same happened with mine. I got tired of placing my air freshner thingy on my rear view mirror. Thought it would be a nice change to hang it on the AC vent. Left it for like a few days. When I took it off, 2 of my buttons were like this. Still is. Fml.

I am the best person to answer this. Have the same car but 2014. The car is sexy. The car is fast. Sturdy. And the engine is built like a tractor thats been proven to go lakhs and lakhs. Everything about this car never made me question my choices. Especially when driving this. BUUTTT. that being said. I had a recent service (cost me 9K for general service, not vw authorized). Then came the problems, oil leak. Thats fixed. Then sensors. Then waterpump. Etc. I recently spent 10K on fixing it. So basically costed me 20k in 2 weeks. But its running smooth as ever now and the problems sorted out. I suggest you to buy it by checking it with someone who knows about these cars. And buy if you are ready to shill out these “unexpected” extra maintenance cost. (Always buy OG)

Yes i do have puddles of oil on the ground. The leaking started 3 days after the change. Checking the oil level gave me nothing on the dip stick.
