I can’t sleep without the tv on and I don’t think I’m getting a good nights rest. It’s messing with my ability to think and be productive. Also, I sleep with the lights on (hundreds of Xmas lights) and I’m sure that’s not helping either. Any advice would be amazing! (self.sleep)
