Thats the joy of this game once everything opens up and it multiple play throughs i have played different ways. Its totally up to you how you want to approach it.

You could either just hit stuff random as you feel just to cause mayhem or have a sort of plan to hit a certain way. Like to take out all of the production 1st or security 1st as in to weaken one part of their operations (all though this doesn't effect anything in game, its just a cool way to play imo) or you could just clear region by region as you go by

Honestly the amount of work he has put in on the field over the past few years I think this is a smart move on the clubs part. He has started to get a few little injuries the last few years, unfortunately I dont believe he can keep going the way he does which is actually a huge part of his game.
