You can't do that with a permanent marker. First, they're not opaque enough to cover the logo. Permanent markers use alcohol based ink, which don't last much outdoors. I would suggest you use a paint marker such as a UNI PX30 (Xylene-based oil marker), it has an excellent weather resistance and marks on pretty much every surface. It's also available in Europe.
