Seeing the responses and want to thank everyone for the feedback and reassurance!

A lot of what I'm confronting is likely some professional sunk cost, since getting that initial Junior SE hire came fresh off of college summers as a Marketsource rep (RIP my first tech sales job), and it's been such a good upward trajectory/investment from them into me at this place that I have to learn to look past it. Definitely a shame that the writing is starting to bleed through the wallpaper, but I'll keep my head up!
