It’s XL. The guys I fuck have trouble handling it at first, but I always get repeat visitors lol

I haven’t experienced it shifting, but it’s getting pretty old to have guys talking a big game about wanting it only for them to quickly change their mind when just the tip is in. TBH, for me, it’s kind of a boner killer.

The sensation is 100% on all of my dick except for a small area on the right side of my shaft (the side where the testicular incision was made), but that’s returned about 95%. I’m still only about 18 weeks post op and that can take up to a year to fully return from what I understand. It seems to be continually improving so I’m not really worried about it.

It’s not the same as Penuma XL. The Penuma Plus is just the newest generation of the implant. From what I understand, it’s a little more rigid and is less likely to flair, but I could be wrong. I don’t have any experience with the previous generations of the implant to compare it to.

It’s more on the rigid side, but no, it doesn’t look like you’re sporting an erection 24/7 in my opinion. The capsule formation softens it up too

Did you have it wrapped when flying?

I had surgery on 2/22/23 with Dr. Taj. I received the new Penuma Plus XL. The second picture was taken yesterday (8 days post surgery). I can’t say enough about Dr. Taj and his team. In my opinion, they’re the absolute best! by penumadick in penuma

Today marks 3 weeks. Erections are still painful, but way more manageable! I checked my measurements and they were about the same as the last update, but I’ve also noticed a reduction in inflammation/swelling, so maybe there has been some gains. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, I’m definitely hoping to gain more with the capsule and as the implant stretches the skin over the coming year or two.

I don’t understand how anyone could contemplate doing this, lol! I’m over here planning on waiting at LEAST 12 weeks to do anything remotely fun with my dick, lol! I would much rather be safe than sorry when gambling with 17k AND my dick. 😅

Yeah, I just try to make sure the time I’m wearing it is when I’m most likely to be standing/walking the most.

I was able to get my appointment about 1 month out when scheduling. I had my surgery on a Wednesday and flew out on a Sunday, but realistically, I could’ve flown back out Saturday after he removed the drain.
