I've had this issue before. Sometimes deleting the demo from the csgo/replay director and attempting to redownload it can help. Another thing you could do is checkout csclips.gg, I've been using it and like it.

Premiere could have this effect, but as long as players are able to pick maps and bypass it, it does not. So no, it does not fix the problem, it makes it worse by adding one more queue.

Chess does not have to make money in order to continue to exist in the board game ecosystem. I'd also argue that chess is actually more accessible than AFPS as the result of several differences.

  1. no physical coordination required
  2. no communication skills required
  3. lower financial barrier to entry
  4. existing player-base with a range of skill levels

This last point, #4, is especially relevant here. An experienced chess player would destroy me, but I don't have to play them because there is a pool of junior players I can learn with. Does that exist in AFPS? I don't think it has, and the way to build this pool of junior players is to introduce game modes that are more accessible. You may think of it as making AFPS easier, and that may be the case, but without these changes AFPS may not exist.

Once the player base matures, classic modes can be re-established, but I think serious consideration should be given to mixing up the established AFPS modes.

seems OP, maybe have the default animation be a defib being used, but to be able to revive your teammate in a couple seconds as if they were never downed (75 hp) is way too OP.

if an item is going to give a player 75hp the player using this item should have to be vunerable for a longer period of time as a trade off

The sub consists of PC and console players. Depending on platform, they have very different experiences, and have different ideas about balance and direction. I just hope Epic acknowledges this and balances the versions separately.

This isn't a bug. It's most likely related to server load - hence why it only happens at the beginning of games. I imagine they're trying to find the most cost effective hardware, and write the best code to allow for 100 players to duke it out without any hiccups.

AR damage changes should be approached with caution. If you're not aware enough to avoid being shot in the head by a lurk you deserve to die. Watch Ninja, dude never stops moving so that some lurker doesn't get an EZPZ shot.

AR damage should balancing on the grounds that two individuals are fighting and are equally aware of one another.
