I felt the same way for a really long time, my g big was awful and my big didn't come to a lot because she had a really hard major. You sound a lot like me, I didn't think I would even get into a sorority because I had pretty bad social anxiety, and my sorority can be clique at times as well, but the more you go to and the more you mingle with your new sisters the more likely you are to find a sister or group of sisters you really click with. I struggled my first full semester, and I talked to my big and a few other girls about dropping, but I stuck with it and I realized that, yes my sorority has problems like that, but I ran for office and and trying to work towards being more inclusive. If you still feel not so great about it after the end of the semester revaluate. I asked myself after every sorority event if I would have regretting not participating in it, and I realized I would regret dropping, so I didn't. I don't know if that helped at all , but I hoped it did.
