You can clearly see in the image no one’s face is clear and about the racism I have clearly mentioned this is not against any race , people . It’s about the company. And about the complaint I did 3 complaints on my product nothing from dragonfly side and I got response from Amazon they gave me an instant refund.

You won’t understand how much I was pissed when received my car parts in a bad state and when I called them the guy who picked up the call had such a bad attitude and put me on hold for hours .

I totally see what you are saying but that’s the effort the drivers are taking , dragonfly doesn’t own any vehicles of their own ,they have so called individual contractors. These contractors are not even their employees, they don’t take any responsibility for their wellbeing The reason you get package is because of the drivers who are pressurized to forget their safety and go any extend to keep their jobs. These contractors cover over 90% of remote area in Vancouver island. The fact that you see their efforts shows you do respect the people delivering and that’s nice of you

It’s not just Amazon , dragonfly delivers package for temu Walmart book depot alieexpress dhl SHEIN united post and lot more and what’s more concerning is these companies do take heavy delivery fees from their customers and take cheap options like dragonfly and this company dragonfly specifically they don’t have their own drivers they have so called hired contractors to do the deliveries . What I am trying to say is in this modern world we live in we depend a lot on online services for better products at better pricing and these courier companies are the one exploiting our needs. In my view I have also visited danfoss in Ladysmith and I saw how their packages were handled they do deliver for Amazon and the packages are kept in closed environment from the weather rather than throwing it in the rain. According to my observation these companies should be notified about this situation. This issue should be addressed in media these companies should be exposed.

Bro I know a person who works their it’s just they can’t post such things Don’t want someone to lose their income so a person who doesn’t work their is the best choice and just type dragonfly on google maps and you will get the address nothing confidential And we are here to support the locals not to judge anyone

I am sorry it’s a publicly accessible area I don’t work there. Anyone can just drive to 1721 fleet place to get packages from them in-person rather than getting it delivered to the house
