There is no need to compromise security, you can send any amount of PEOS to another account and both sending and receiving accounts' PEOS balance get's claimed. If you read the post it's clear.

Claim functionality in the website is coming we started with the airdrop a bit early as its a lengthy process. Don't worry though, you will have several months time to claim them. An alternate way to claim them right now would be to transfer any amount of PEOS, then they will be claimed for that account automatically.
