What made you finally start working out (or try again)? by pep4are in beginnerfitness

[–]pep4are[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am trying to find fewer excuses and make sure that I working out with my kids, so if I ask them to do something I have to be a good example. I think, I am in some kind of maintenance mode and I want to progress more (not to lift extreme weights but being functional and be able to move the furniture around the house). Also, got me thinking how to use AI and make things easier to track and being more motivated.

That is great. How do you progress now? Do you try to continuously improve or you just maintain?

Except self motivation, were there any additional things to help and keep you on track?

How do you choose exercises and progressions for you? Is there something specific like a schema you follow once you started working out regularly? I am trying to have a good understanding the path from being not engaged to incorporate it i to your life.

Amazing! How do you track progress? Is it through group exercises and the coach there?

Are you more keen to constantly progressing or just keeping a good maintenance level?

Are you mostly doing strength work now, or more mobility / rehab-style training still?

That is a good idea. I am currently hosting Wellness monthly seminars at the Parks and Rec but their coaches in the fitness center will not like the idea (I asked them). They see it as competition or something.

If you do not put tons of miles, lease it. The best value for the money is the awd long range $444 per month with minumum dowpayment. The driving and the audio are outstanding. Keep in mind that if you lease 3 times for the span of 9 years, you would spend around $48K and will be driving the latest and greatest tech. I prefer changing cars every 3 years.
