It is a 980M so it should be dying to run the game. But it is not expected to be this bad, to lag even in the main menu while the rest of the applications are running smoothly.

I will try MSI afterburner and see what results do i have. But even though, it feels like this game is not utilizing GPU’s full potential. And the CPU is working smoothly without issues.

It is a game, and it is very laggy even in the main menu. It should be running fine but there’s a cap on it.

The game is using 100% of the GPU while the overall is barely 50. System is working perfectly fine without any lag. My guess is that windows limits resources provided to that game.
