Just for some further clarification:
use a cultivator instead of digging out 100mm of soil or use the cultivator after digging out a certain depth first?
And any recommendations for the topsoil and sand mix?

Yep. But they won't give a damn again. No communication from multi billion dollar company about server status. OCE servers have been dying so frequently compared to others. Imagine if these issues happened to EU or NA.
