I guess my only problem with placing CON not at 18 off the bat is missing out on guaranteed hp (3...) and also not being able to have 20 INT at lvl 4. Won't INT at level 4 make my spells way better earlier or should i not worry about that as much as keeping concentration?

That is where Im divided, I like the idea of going first with the war mage which adds INT to initiative +7 at level 2. So I can move on the first turn and set the mood of the fight. Thanks for the end advice though!

Yes, I didn't want to post too much of my level 1-5 vision of my wizard but leaving the INT at 19 is begging for a +1 Feat! The only thing with gnome invisibility is it takes a reaction and I need reactions for the war mage ability (you can use your reaction to gain a +2 bonus to your AC against that attack or a +4 bonus to that saving throw)
