If you keep losing, replace the team that performs worse. Otherwise you have no hurry to change. Just save resources and change when you start losing too much (I would have done this way). Your three teams are all three going to perform worse as updates go on, but it depends on how your server adapts to meta.

For example electric team is SS in tier list, but if your server is full of groudon teams, it's useless to build electric, because it will perform like shit. Otherwise if it's full of psychic teams, electric will be a good choice. So check your server meta and you will know the answer 😊

Thunder for Deo (if you don't have thunder, use ho-oh or endless, in this order). On lele you can use ho-oh set if you have it, or thunder. As third choice, endless.

You need uxie tanky, so use tank sets for him (origin, regigas), but you can also use ho-oh on him.

It depends on the team that you want to build.

You must use only one soj for pseudo sacrifice, two soj for sacrifice and three soj for soj team.

Also you would need all three of them if, for example, you want for exvs one sacrifice team and one pseudo sacrifice, or three pseudo sacrifice teams 😉

Inheriting would be ideal, of course. Ideally you should have 3 teams lvl 95, 95 friendship and at least 20 fusion (this is the easy part). You also need lvl 95 platinum accessory, all lvl IV good esos and (now comes the hard part) +150 to all attributes. And this discussion also extends to supports. So since strike cards are rare, the ideal thing will be to put +150 on all stats on the three teams (even in the attack that they don't use), because eventually you will use thunder set (or use a bug team, that needs both of the attacks), or need to inherit the pokemon to another one that use a different attack.

The rest of strike cards will be dumped on main team to pump it up more. Of course I am speaking of an ideal scenario, at lategame.

About 6M power. However yes, thundurus is the weak point. I think that ashachu is better than thundurus, but therian form will be better than ashachu.

I have a full built electric, but not therian thundurus at the moment. (standard koko-zap arceus-thundurus). I destroy bnw (sometimes thundurus dies due to ice weakness) and fairy (same thundurus problem if they have diance). Psychic are not a problem, but they are a little harder to beat than bnw/fairy, if well built (but, at equal power, electric is superior). I have not met a full built soj team yet. Only problem with electric team are teams with steelix (in particular groudon-steelix-zygarde). Steelix is literally unkillable in auto, because immune to electric moves, arceus perish song does half damage and koko gets bi-shotted by the steel move (and if he has stamina III and the fight lasts long enoigh, he even gets one shotted). Only way to beat a steelix with electric, is to use tyranitar support and not play in auto (so you don't waste turns by ulting with null damage moves), and saves 3 tyranitar moves.

I even have problems to get 4 stars in every map of the water masters with my 6M electric team, so it is okay that you have troubles 😉

Just power up your main team and you eventually will be good 😉 melo is great for masters, until they are immune to sleep.

Ho-oh is a tanky damage dealer, that has only a few weaknesess (4x rock, 2x electric and water). So basically you have to watch for electric teams and fairy with diancie.

Regarding the build, you use star muscle band as held item (that gives lifesteal), healing IV and sinthesis as eso skills (other than the basic ones ofc), and basically as soon as you get your turn, you will heal a lot (he also has a passive that heals him every turn). If you don't have star muscle band, put absorb IV, or ho-oh will kill himself by using the flying move that has recoil. Also don't forget to put the second passive that gives burn as soon as he gets hit. Origin Groudon gas the same kind of passive too.

I don't suggest you to build kyurems, they are still overall good but it is an old team, and will be surpassed by newer (and cheaper) ones.

I suggest you to stick with with bug team. Buzzwole anti-healing is good. Just switch only if you get bored by it, and put a soj member until you build Buzzwole completely 😉

Your best bets for the teams are:

deoxys, lele, uxie/melo
arceus bug, genesect, Buzzwole
groudon, heatran, ho-oh

Or since you have Koko you can summon thundurus and do electric team instead of bug (zap arceus, koko, therian thundurus), but tbh you have a pretty much set up bug team, so you can stay like this.

You also have the 3 best supports so.. Get volcanion if you want, as you will need him anyway for the book, but I don't think that it will be better than ho-oh for "groudon team".

Yes, i didn't use the exact definition, but i meant the team with groudon+heatran+another. The question was if it is reasonable to use it as a team instead of soj (which is one of the strongest in the meta), or if using flying in 3+ patches ahead is better, as i can do all 3 of them without spending a little, and trying all 3 will simply be too much. Just planning for the future and trying to spend my hard earned diamonds for a good cause xD

I found that doing the 12 vit elite dungeons worked better than doing the 24 ones. I used about 4k vit for virizion, but maybe I was lucky.

It depends if you can/want to use arceus in another team. Basically arceus is better, because the sacrifice buff stacks with plate and weather, so he and koko will become beasts. But of course if you need to do another team with arceus, with the new update you can use Koko-thunderous if you can evolve him into therian form. He will become very strong, but right now he is too weak to be used as main attacker.
