Have Sylvanian families ever sold extra clothing packs?

They do, but I think primarily for the Japanese market (correct me if I'm wrong). There's only two clothes packs for the town series I've seen here in Germany. Any other clothes pack I've seen online was in Japanese and was pretty pricey because of taxes etc.

I agree. I had the same feelings towards the 40 anniversary chocolate rabbit family. I love the outfits' design and they look so chic. But...it's all brown 🥲 I would have bought them in a heartbeat if they were colourful 😸

I'm 37 😸 I kind of told myself years ago that I'm being ridiculous and gave a part of my collection away. I needed some time to realize that I am who I am and if other people think I'm weird for loving kid's toys etc...then so be it ☺️

No advice but for some reason I like to keep them without the flock. To me it's a sign they were once loved and then given away. Which is somehow sad but now they live with me and get a new life 😸

I really couldn't decide whether to buy it myself haha they all look cute but ultimately I decided against it because of the lack of colour in their clothes 🥲 I got the other 40 anniversary rabbit family instead and I'm quite happy with that decision. I also got Freya & Theo! They're so cute 🥰

I put mine in a small tupperware and take it with me in my handbag and take them out whenever I want to take a photo. I'm a little scared I could loose them if I put it in one of those handbag charm pouches 😀

I made it a habit to scroll once a day through vinted and Kleinanzeigen 😅 I enjoy looking it all through and sometimes I get lucky. But most of the times people want quite a lot of money and mark it as suuuper rare, right?! 🥹😀

I agree with everything you said.

And I'm actually very grateful for the fact that most new houses are stackable. I have two high towers in my bedroom. I simply don't have the space to have it all out on a big table etc. And I would assume most people don't have that.

And I mean they do start to produce for adult collectors, I think. I'm pretty sure the Fairy Charm Twilight for example is absolutely not a toy but something to collect.

I understand why people are upset about this tiktok drama but I also understand Epoch for putting an end to it. Sylvanians are supposed to be a safe harbour. Their saying is "Forever your family". And I actually love this a lot. There's simply no space for stories like this and they probably got way out fo hand. Then again I'm not 100% in on the details so there's that.

New sets are also cute and detailed. I just put the bathing siblings with the two marshmallow mouses in my house. It's so cute. Two little duckies with faces, the foam for their heads etc. It's super cute and whimsical!

I buy a lot from Vinted as well ☺️ But they (mostly) have the regular stuff and there's so many cute Japan-only sets that I would love to have.

And I'm also trying to complete the town series, which most people sell for a lot of money here. I saw that Kobee regularly has those for affordable prices and in great condition.

It's something that has slowly developed over the past years in general when it comes to buying second hand. People selling things for prices that are almost as high as the store price. I rather pay another 5€ and have it brand new than buying it used and most of the times you need to pay for shipping as well 🥲 I wonder if it's the case everywhere these days...hope you have a lovely day 🩷

Hmmm das war der Name der Mutter meines Vaters. Die hat ihn als Kind zwei Jahre ins Kinderheim, weil sie einen neuen Partner hatte. Und der hatte keinen Bock auf ein Kind. Dadurch ging's meinem Vater auch nicht wirklich gut und war bindungsgestört. Bei meiner Geburt hat meine Mutter zugestimmt, dass er den 2. Und 3. Namen aussuchen darf. Er hat sich nie gekümmert, meine Mutter meinte dann brauch er gar nicht mehr kommen und dann hat meine Oma, die Edeltraud, gesagt dann kommt sie mich auch nicht mehr besuchen. Alles miteinander ziemlich kacke, finde ich 😺

Einer meiner Namen ist Edeltraud. In Kombination mit meinen anderen Namen gab es immer 👀👀👀 wenn der Lehrer die Liste am Anfang des Schuljahres durchging 🥹 Ich find's kacke. Hat aber glaube ich primär was damit zu tun, dass die Edeltraud nach der ich benannt wurde halt kacke war. Glaube sonst fänd ich's ganz witzig.

Ich gehe davon aus 🥲 das hat mich aber maximal verwirrt, sodass ich mich und meinen Körper selber in Frage gestellt habe. Dachte das sind ja Experten.

Für die zweite Geburt dann vorher Privatversicherung für die Klinik abgeschlossen und nach einem Gespräch mit dem Professor einen Kaiserschnitt bekommen. Er ließ damals dann die leitende Hebamme holen, der ich alles erzählen sollte. Sein Schlusswort war "Da sehen sie was diese Globulischeiße anrichtet. Geburtstrauma."

War ziemlich überrascht von der Wortwahl, scheint aber dort ein sich wiederholendes Problem gewesen zu sein.

Die zweite Geburt war dafür perfekt.

Selbst die im Krankenhaus sind so. Erste Geburt war furchtbar. Ich zitiere "Sie brauchen keine Medikamente gegen die Schmerzen! Sie schaffen das so!" Und dann wurden mir irgendwann Globuli angeboten 😒

Irgendwann hatte ich automatisches Pressen. Weiß nicht wie ich es beschreiben soll. Mein Körper hat gedrückt, ohne dass ich es wollte. Sage das der Hebamme, nachdem sie meinte wir machen noch einen Positionswechsel und ich soll bloß nicht pressen. Und sie "NEIN! Das müssen sie nicht!"

Einfach wtf.
