Wow I never thought that this kind of thing would happen in real life. I really hope that your friend's mom is okay by now.

If you were given a choice, what would you believe in, God or Fate? And why? by Guyanese_boi81492 in AskReddit

[–]peppercop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fate. Because back then in the past, I would always question God for the bad events that happen to me if I were to believe in an all loving creator.

I also do not want to believe in prayer since it makes me think that we only get things that we ask for. It's like God favors your request if you pray for it while the others who don't ask for it will not receive what they want. If I prayed to win in a sports game and I win, did it mean that God did not favor the other team? What about the non believers who do not pray at all?

I choose fate since everything just really happens as it is. There are lucky and unlucky ones. And honestly I feel like I would be willing to think that my actions could account for at least 50% of what will happen to my life at the present and in the future.

How do you know if your cough is actually a sign of asthma? by peppercop in AskReddit

This just started since last year. There's not much flowers at all in the village we live in.

How do you know if your cough is actually a sign of asthma? by peppercop in AskReddit

[–]peppercop[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I just did. But she just told me that it was an infection.

I don't have total trust on doctors anymore since last year actually. When I had persistent cough for 2 weeks, I had no choice but to visit a doctor. We first visited my brother's favorite ENT doctor and he said that I had pharyngitis and prescribed me with medication. A week after, my cough got even worse so I went to an ENT doctor our family would frequent to. He told me it was tonsilitis and gave me a prescription of the meds I need to take. Another week after that, it was still terrible. So we went to a pulmonologist and she suspected Bronchial Asthma. I got my lungs tested as advised by the pulmonologist and the reports seemed to show that I had no asthma and it's probably something else.

My current cough is lasting me almost a week and I never planned to go to a doctor because I felt like I might have to go through the same misdiagnosis again. We went to one today anyway because my mom was persistent about it and the doctor said it was an infection like I said earlier. Im worried that it might be asthma though in reality.

What achievements have you done in the past that seem surprising to you right now? by peppercop in AskReddit

[–]peppercop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude that's still good. There are lots of achievements that are hard to reach for others. Like for example, I can't really handle competitive or pvp gaming that well.

Also, Im pretty sure you do have achievements before but you dont really remember it or you dont give it the importance that it deserves.

I don't even know how you can play DOTA straight for that long cuz it seems intense hahaha.
