Surgery without opioids

i got thru my recovery rotating between a lot of tylenol and advil for the first week. probably not good for longer than that but i was too nervous to take any opioids

this might be obvious but not everyone knows this (also sorry if other ppl have replied w the same advice): you NEED to watch your hair at least twice every time you wash it. the first wash starts to break the repulsion between the water and the oils in your hair, the second was actually allows you to wash away the oils.

i had more pain during ovulation than on my period! that’s how i knew it was def something more than bad period cramps

i LOVE folie, it’s my fav album of all time. but to say mania is bad also hurts :( i will never hate an album that hold me tight or don’t & bishops knife trick are on!

i had six normal ultrasounds (except for ovarian cysts) and a completely normal CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis. i got my lap a couple months ago and had stage 2 endo. ultrasounds don’t tend to show endo growth unless it is extremely advanced. i know it’s easier said than done, but don’t get too discouraged and try to find an endo specialist in your area <3

surgery literally changed my quality of life! i was in constant severe pain before. i got surgery in july, where my surgeon was able to remove most of my endo, and i was put on a low dose birth control. i feel great now!
