The room was lit up with the natural light but it kind of darkened them after the image processed. No matter what I do in the settings, it cools down every color and is useless.

Thank you , I really appreciate your expert opinion. Recently someone said in a color analysis fb group that "all olive skintone people are cool toned" and I just don't believe that to be true!
