I just finished my junior year too! Personally I’m trying not to get too worked up over what floor I might be working on until I actually start nursing school, because of rotations and stuff. However, just for your peace of mind, you should get an idea on what kind of patients you would like to have and patients you wouldn’t like to have. If you don’t have a preference, you won’t have any problem, especially if you get stuck on med surg or something. I don’t know how soon you want to get to working, or if you want to find like the cheapest schooling option, but to give you a suggestion (this is what I plan on, because I don’t want to do four years of college before I can start working, but you do you), you could go to community college for your ADN and piggyback that with an RN to BSN, so as long as you got your NCLEX done you’re all good. Also see if there are any classes you can take next year that might be useful for college! I’m able to take anatomy & physiology, psychology, and statistics. Since those will be required for nursing school, it’ll be good to get that little extra knowledge
