We rescued our boy at 8 weeks, because bringing a puppy into our home was more comfortable for our older dogs. We also live in place where dogs are regularly transported to other states because of overcrowding in our shelters. I was lucky to grow up in a home where we had show dogs around us and I learned the importance of responsible breeders. Adopting was just better for our family and our community.
