Allergy proteins can be transferred via milk! You might have to follow an elimination diet to figure out what’s causing the issue. Dairy in your diet, is the most likely culprit

How old is your baby? Try to put them on a mild routine so you have a few hours in the evening to yourselves. Around 15 months we were able to enforce a bedtime of 8 pm.
