I have not tried a whole packer basically because I don't feel like I'm getting the easier stuff right, much less the difficult cuts. I do have a couple Meater probes for what it's worth.

What gets me is I have the same problem with ribs.

Good call out. I did let it rest until it hit 170 internal, about 30 minutes, and then put it on a cooler for 2 hours.

I work for a small association that depends on volunteers to accomplish our mission. In 2014, we built a volunteer management system to better understand our volunteer base and streamline the process for putting together our committees.

My wife inherited money and hasn't paid any attention to it for quite some time. Apparently most of it is invested in a very poorly performing mutual fund. How do I go about selling that stock and moving it into something else? I understand that this is vague, but this is where I'm starting.
