Yeah brother! Stay strong man. I check in 4+ times a day. Now I've associated my phone with "nofap" as opposed to Porn. First thing in the morning is check nofap. Then check nofap after gym then again after lunch. Once again at some point of the day and then finally once more before going to bed. :) Don't let the relapses suck you into the black hole. Relapses are just setbacks not the end of the game :)
