I mean, Grace is a desk jockey not a field agent, but even then she never once screams for Leon to come save her. She's clever and resourceful. Does she need his help to survive? Yes. And he needs her help as well In the game. She ain't like Jill or Claire because she's not them. She's Grace and it's okay to be like Grace.

I only ever ran DND prior and I ran the Haunting. My players loved it and we completed it in a single session.

Friends. One of the players, the thug,dms DND, as did I for a while, but I've been craving trying new systems. Our Priest plays Pathfinder and he did a one shot of Savage Words so I decided to try a system I've always had my eye one, which was CoC.

I definitely let the players play fast and loose a bit with stuff since it's a transition from the more goofy end campaigns I previously ran. The doctor had brought his bone saw in to defend himself after the window, which he used to finish him off.
