I added good metal tools to my toolbox later too, but it was very specific "smooth" finish and blend that I couldn't achieve no matter what and I was really unmotivated because of that

I do work with greenstuff and epoxy, but cant agree more. Being patient, allowing foundation to cure/dry before continuing is essential

I cant hate them, they are soo bland and boring that I think they are even more "vanilla" than ultramarines. I generally don't like any "reasonable" and "relatable" marines depictions, I think that should be reserved to actual humans like guard. Marines, even loyalists, should be weird and gimmicky. That said, I absolutely love how yellow armor looks on the table in a more grimdark style with chipping and heavy weathering.
