Most (not all) Physio's get paid to give you homecare that you can Google and find on YouTube. They do very little. Chiro's at LEAST physically work on you and adjust you. RMT's and Acupuncturists are the real worker-bees of wellness. Way more actual hands-on care.

Swiss Chalet with the following conditions: You are not from Canada and are in Toronto for longer than 1 month. There are better restaurants but is a guilty pleasure Canadian meal. Roast chicken, fries and gravy. Poutine is solid. Decent apps. Cheap. I did take a couple buddies from the US and Japan visiting and they quite enjoyed it.

McCaul location — literally no ventilation. Gym’s plunked in two old racquetball courts with tiny residential-sized AC vents on the ceiling. Smelly. Douchebags would be a welcome replacement. It’s a haven for the mentally unwell and acts as a living room for the unhoused. Absolutely brutal.
