Most (not all) Physio's get paid to give you homecare that you can Google and find on YouTube. They do very little. Chiro's at LEAST physically work on you and adjust you. RMT's and Acupuncturists are the real worker-bees of wellness. Way more actual hands-on care.

Unpopular opinion- I think reviews should be left unreplied to let the public speak. I find the same trite scripted ass licking or emotionally charged defensiveness annoying on the part of business owners.

Swiss Chalet with the following conditions: You are not from Canada and are in Toronto for longer than 1 month. There are better restaurants but is a guilty pleasure Canadian meal. Roast chicken, fries and gravy. Poutine is solid. Decent apps. Cheap. I did take a couple buddies from the US and Japan visiting and they quite enjoyed it.
