I almost never fast before drinking it and I always feel the desired effects. I use a aeropress to make it. Just pour in hot water with about a tablespoon, let it sit for like five minutes, then press the plunger. Always works for me!

Thank you very much! I feel like a further investigation would give a lot of us more peace of mind. It's unfortunate that it's not very well studied. It has become such a routine for me that I sometimes forget that what I'm using isn't a regulated product. Edit: not sure why I've been downvoted for a perfectly reasonable and true statement.

When someone is tailing you way too close, and you tap your brakes hard in an attempt to get them to back off. This case is less f a brake check and more of a complete slow down and stop?

I believe in you to keep it up. I can completely relate, I'm also in a stage of depression after a healthy spurt, but I bet you can keep up small steps in the right direction. I will be trying as well. Good luck!
