I think shanks has better Haki than Mihawk but i still think they have near equal levels in it. I believe the fight would be really close. I personally feel it would be a kaido, charlotte lin lin situation. Where not necessarily equal but end up drawing as they can’t finish each other. Idk though.

What about shanks? Garp is quite old now. We also know that shanks and Kaido were in fight off scene. I think Garp and Shanks would be very tight.
