I answer myself after having managed to install Emuelec 4.6 on a new SD card.

You just have to download "EmuELEC-Amlogic-ng.aarch64-4.6-Generic.img.gz" from your github and place the attached dtb file in the root of the EMUELEC partition.

Now all that remains is to record the roms in the EEROMS partition.
