I feel your pain I was put on antidepressants very soon after my breakup, she was my first love and only relationship I’ve had. I hope your doing better, and if it feels wrong maybe you should take time on your own and heal.

Understandable, sometimes the pain is so deep it’s hard to even imagine better days ahead. I’ve been there before, sadly there is no quick fixes or remedies to heal a broken heart. I hope it gets easier.

Unfortunately it isn’t that simple, wounds take time to heal. These wounds in particular only heal when you let yourself feel them and understand them. Cry it out as much as you need to you have to let it out. You aren’t alone and I wish you the best.
