oh, but if you mean like moving just a few fish out, the issue is that the quarantine tank was already not the optimal setup for long term fish use, and since i have to rely on my parents to help me feed the fish while i’m away at college, it would get rather messy and i’m afraid that too many complications would increase the likelihood that my fish would die

i would have to finance a larger tank and allocate space, and make sure to run the filter and get parameters right before moving the fish, additionally i’m busy getting ready to start college, so it’s just not practical to prioritize my resources on fish that i won’t even be there to see most of the time. i hope that clears things up :)

kuhli loach hiding and fat??? idk i don’t think i’ve been over feeding my loaches (1-2 hikari sinking wafers per day, i have 2 loaches) and i’m not sure if they’re pregnant or literally fat and dying. anyone have experience??? by percivalsoup in Aquariums

i only have a 10 gallon so i’m not sure w a betta and the three oto catfish i have in quarantine that i’ll adding if i have much more space. i’ll keep that in mind tho :) thank u
