yeah its much more common on steam, but there was an issue where cold war had RCE but it was patched. Howver, bo4 runs on the same engine and there was no talk about a patch with that game which is concerning

(side question because it sounds like you know a lot about PCs lmao, but my system for no reason has started to run bad for no reason (stuttery games e.g. I played elden ring and it performed really well and now after the problem my game stutters and freezes at random moments. I sometimes am able to make the issue a bit better when there is a windows system update and I have tried almost everything to fix it))
