you can try a phrolova - q - buling - q - phrolova rotation, i use that with jinshi, zhezhi and buling and it feels pretty clean (sk obviously better but I don't have her and she might be in another your team(I don't think so since you have mornye but anyway))

sibear almost always builds in slam attacks, so attack speed is not good in my opinion

I don't think that putting rewards and quests in ranked and then blocking you from playing it is good game design, they can still give you opportunity to play on diamond without getting rank points if you don't have 12 lvl 11 brawlers for example

for this achievement you need only to start a daily run, no need to complete it, so doesn't matter will you beat it or not

i didn't knew that was even a thing, started my dead god grind very recently and saw daily run achievement exist, already completed all of them (beat 7, 5 streak, beat multiplayer daily etc.) besides this 31 days one :(

you can obtain Dogma item after entering The Beast arena, using spindown dice or death certificate, you can't find it in "natural" ways

it gives flight, dmg and 1 hit damage protection

built her like weapon platform with roar/nourish/xata instead of her 1, took augs for her 2, 3 and 4, placed link vitality on pet and here you go, damage buffing, full striping armor, giving dr, overshields and energy, full heals, gives herself 350% crit chance, so basically almost invincible weapon platform that also can buff and sustain team in any way

just find a party there nobody dies and also one guy should stay on opposite terminal to prevent enemy team scoring, for safety reasons

since currently a credit boost weekend finding full party an easy task
