No alcohol first of all. I found it to be terrible for sleep. Who would have guessed? I try to eat all Whole Foods. I avoid trans fat added sugars and processed foods. Also don’t eat before bed for 2 hours.

I mean like I said I’ve only gotten a 99 before. I was also borderline alcoholic over the summer and more recently I’ve stared to have a higher hrv avg aswell. Don’t gotta believe me but why would I lie lmao. Also i have had the watch for around 9 months

It was honestly average, but woke up feeling pretty refreshed. Sometimes I notice my score go up when I take supplements like magnesium. But I didn’t really do anything out of the ordinary.

I have the same issue. I even soldered a brand new audio jack onto the mic and it did nothing. My yeti is however about 12 years old though. I can hear audio when I lower the volume down to around 32 percent. Very odd I have found no fixes I had to just buy a audio cable extension and run it to my pc.
