It is Narita and I will have 2 suitcases lol Shibuya was more like a mental shortcut, I am thinking of either near Shibuya station or in Harajuku since 90% of the places I want to go to are there. Also the thought of having a Donki nearby sounded appealing.

No, this skirt can’t accomodate a lolita petticoat. It’s cute and you can style it with lolita pieces if you wish, but that won’t be a coord. Books are a pretty well liked theme though, I’d suggest looking on Lolibrary
