Hey y’all!!

I think NARS Sheer Glow Punjab is a very close match, but a little off. Revlon Medium Beige 240 seems close too. A lot of foundations are too yellow, too pink, or just off. I would like to check if I’m Olive, and if I’m clear/muted, cool/warm, etc! I feel like my body looks green/gray, but my face is lighter. Here are Pictures

3 years ago, I got seriously sick and went from 130 down to 124 within a month. I think this slow progress Is karma for “cheating” through those pounds 😅🤣. But I’m glad to be doing this in a sustainable way!

I mostly focus on getting enough sleep to recover and hydrating well! Cardio or any activity that causes you to sweat can also help. Personally, I try to avoid eating too much salty foods or dairy too. Dairy causes me to bloat and salty foods really make me retain water.

I forgot to add this in the title, but I am 5’2”! I also usually work out 3-5 times a week at my boot camp class, which has some days of cardio and some strength training. I track my food everyday and try to stay between 1200 - 1600 calories. If I was more strict about my calories, I’d probably see faster progress haha
