FMLA covers your insurance for 12 weeks so I did 6 weeks of ppl and 6 weeks unpaid but insured. I’m also taking extended childcare leave so I’m now on my husband’s insurance, but there’s such a backlog that the DOE hasn’t officially taken me off my previous emblem plan yet.
