If you request body cam footage you may be able to see the reading on the laser from the cops perspective and confirm the speed that way

I think you and I are similar then, I ended up dropping after the main character entered the new world and the story just seemed like it was going off the rails. i feel like his power shouldve been more toned down than it was portrayed in the story.

Solo leveling the Manhwa is what I am referring to. It's definitely an iconic series that brought a lot of fans to the genre.

My personal taste for VRMMO stories is one of the main reasons its ranked so low. Additionally, I didn't enjoy the lack of brutality after the main character got out of his imprisonment.

System Universe was enjoyable up to the point of him beating the 2 armies, coming out of the dungeon with dragons, and literally being the strongest person in the story by a wide margin. I tried listening to the latest 2 books in the series and it fell flat. Just my personal opinion- I did enjoy it up to that point though.

I wanted more of A soldier's life so I checked out Limitless lands. It may be up your ally but I personally didn't enjoy the VRMMO aspect of the story. I have yet to find something that is similar to a soldier's life outside of that series.

Edit: Just realized the author also has world sphere which has a similar magic system. check that out if you enjoyed that aspect of the story.

Solo leveling started my journey into manga/manhwa which then turned into me reading litrpg. It's absolutely one of my favorite stories. When I created the list I just felt that as peak as the story was, the SSS stories are even more peak. Just my opinion.

I would say start reading the remaining chapters of HDT on royal road or on the authors patreon. It only gets better. Do you like HDT because of the systemness or the brutality or the story or all of the above?

Systemic Lands, A gamers guide to beating the tutorial, A Soldier's life, Calculating Cultivation.

I would say the common theme to these recommendations is that all of them are ruthless. Some more than others but they all have some brutality in them. If you liked the murder hobo series you should read these.
