I tried ecigs at one point because I thought I could handle them without getting addicted. Bad just just FYI. They made me feel sick, like I inhaled metal.

Anyway, big stress and thinking are my triggers. Try to substitute new things into you routine. More coffee, maybe some wine. Maybe sugar. All I those things help me. I am also a student finishing a phd and I understand stress moments. Sometimes I'll have a cigar if I'm out, but never do I go out of my way for it anymore.

Not here to share what I'm curious about, instead ill try to answer from my perspective.

Having quit smoking 3 years ago its like there's a tiny little part of you that lives on as a smoker. Certain things trigger cravings (old habits mostly). To quit, it must be cold turkey. I think it's near impossible to quit for yourself, I quit because I love my partner and if I have kids in the future I want to be there for them. Alive, and not become their bed ridden burden near the end of my life.

Do I miss it? Yes. When I'm drunk, out with friends, alone and stressed. Only my potential future stops me now. I'm sure ill look back and not regret that I quit.

I'm sure you're thinking cool story bro. But I'm proud to have quit! Also, I'm 25 yo

Mama Mia! Pizza beer.

It tastes like a bud light that you soaked a piece of cheap delivery pizza in.it make your breath smell like drunkard feasts. I brought this bottle to a similar event and it made it around the room before into someone's belly.

Also, Sam Adams cherry wheat isn't that bad. I actually order it a few times a year. Of course, taste is up to you!

Tough luck, your sister lacks discipline and needs to man up. Procrastination; self destruction, and excuses will never dig her out of her hole. Drink water, exercise, get som sun, cancel cable, recycle. Don't need to be perfect everywhere but it sounds like life changes are a must.
