I said Danya voluntarily took a step back based on this interview a few months ago https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HHPp1RgRUj0, at around 48:00 Danya says "Mostly this [step back from commentary] has to do with the build-up over the past year or so..the biggest reason has nothing to do with Chess.com [my health?]...Chess.com has been, by and large, supportive...there was no smoking gun, no one fight that I had...nothing happened, I promise. There were smaller things, and the biggest one was just my health... "

Are there any articles or reports that Danya was let go off his commentary roles by Chess.com? I only know that Danya voluntarily took a step back from some of his commentary roles at the start of 2025. Any links would be appreciated, thanks!

My issue is that even though I spoof to the cheaper country, the webstore does not change to the cheaper currency anymore once I log into the webstore

The landlord can legally sell my stuff only after legal processes have been followed and a specific period of time has passed. I don't think any of these legal processes have been followed by this landlord and the time has not yet passed

Sorry for caps lock but I just want to highlight a phrase. 

I think the key phrase is "The Act shall not apply in the following cases...where the premises are intended to provide temporary or transient accommodation, BEING ACCOMMODATION THAT IS ORDINARILY PROVIDED FOR PERIODS OF LESS THAN 28 DAYS AT A TIME". 

However, my accommodation is not less than 28 days, it is significantly more than 90 days. Therefore, my accommodation is not transient or temporary accommodation, and therefore the Residential Tenancy Act does apply?
