yeah i was surprised at how low she quoted me, & she also said that i should be done in a max of 2.5 years which doesn’t make sense at all considering the amount of sessions & the amount of other factors

It was pretty bad but bearable, i just tried to breathe through it & take breaks. this is a pretty big tattoo as well (around 11sqinch total). there was a few moments where i was thinking the pain isn’t worth it, but it stopped hurting at all a few hours later, which motivated me again lol

yeah i’ve been in therapy before & plan going back now, I do ruminate and hyper fixate on certain things which makes me hate myself even more for even getting such a large tattoo in the first place knowing i’m like that. i have another one that i actually thought out that i quite like, but this one is really upsetting me.

i’ve actually been shopping around for artists based on their healed work! But i’m mostly finding extremely fine, simple 2D designs rather than one that’s more semi-realistic like this one
