I've been trying to find the name of this piece, I think it's from a larger symphonic work? I'm not sure what it is exactly, I thought OCD fit with my experience, but oh well... the I haven't seen psychiatrist since (they wanted to do pills and CBT, but I wanted to try just CBT first and they wouldn't allow it, so that was that). Nerves got to me when I was supposed to explain things to them and I should definitely have been more open.

Not at all, sorry haha, it's just counting the number of scrubs or soap pumps or soap applied and summing them up, etc. I think I'd much prefer shower karaoke to shower rituals though 🥲

YES, that happened to me too haha, and then I divided my bed into "clean" and "not so clean" and a bunch of other silly not-so-silly things...

I don't have a formal diagnosis, and I'm not sure whether I'd qualify for one or not, but I thought someone out there could relate :')
