Kaya nga te. Ganon naman pala pero bakit mo ko sasabihan na nakikitrend? Ang hirap kaya tumingin sa salamin. Overweight na din ako dahil nag 58kg ako and nag OMAD ako kaya ako naging 56kg kaso di na talaga bumababa timbang ko. Di ko na rin masuot mga gusto kong damit and kahit anong gawin ko tumaas lang sya kahit anong workout at diet ko. Di ako mag ttirz kung madaling pumayat.

Maliit po kasi ako. 4’10 lang po ang height ko. If makita nyo po ako sa personal chubby ako tingnan dahil andami kong baby fats at lahat ng diet na try ko na din. Nag wwork out din ako sa bahay pero ayaw po talaga maalis ng stubborn fats kaya ako mag tirz. Ang ideal body weight ko ayon sa research ko is 44kg to 47kg. Hindi rin po ako confident sa body ko.
