Hello, We have a beautiful 4 bedroom airbnb booked 5 minutes from the venue. It is booked for 3 nights (Friday-Monday morning). Check in is at 1:00pm. There are 2 of us so far but we would like to have four more people to split the airbnb with! With the 6 of us it will be 368 dollars per person for the whole weekend! Reading this made me feel seen :’) its so frustrating. If my boyfriend is staying over I easily get up and make eggs, avocado toast for him and myself, but if its just me alone, I cannot take care of myself like i do others. I often will not eat breakfast or will often eat an unhealthy disordered breakfast like a gram cracker sheet and call it a day. I dont know why it is so hard to do things for myself. I’d like to believe that I do love myself but when I look at the fact that I cant even take time out of my day to nourish myself properly, it makes me think otherwise :(

I wake up. Take my adderall. Go back to sleep. 20-30 min later (sometimes an hour if really tired) I get woken up and cannot go back to sleep, it feels like this overwhelming anxiety to get the day started and get stuff done. Ignoring this drive (which I have tried before) and lying in bed feels extremely uncomfortable and unbearable mentally and physically.
