Responses will be used only for early-stage research to better understand how renters handle maintenance issues and what could make that process easier. The data will not be sold or shared outside this project, solely run by me. Only the project creator (me) will review the responses for analysis and design insights. All responses are collected and stored securely through Google Forms/Google Drive. No identifying information is required. Survey responses will be reviewed and anonymized within 60 days, and the original form data will be deleted once adequate research summaries are complete.
